LAW 6053 Debtor/creditor Bankruptcy

This Course Is Designed To Teach The Practical Aspects Of Consumer Bankruptcy Through Intense Classroom Instruction For The First Three Weeks Of The Semester, Then Placing Each Student With A Mentor Attorney And Assigning Him/her A Bankruptcy Case From Legal Aid Of Greater Orlando. The Student Will Represent An Individual Debtor Through Client Counseling, Preparation Of A Bankruptcy Petition, Schedules And Statement Of Financial Affairs, Representation Of A Client At A Metting Of Creditors And At Any Hearings And Other Negotiations With Creditors Through The Discharge Of The Case
