This Seminar Would Examine The Legal And Constitutional Issues Surrounding The Use Of The Death Penalty In The U.s. And Florida. It Would Focus On Death Penalty Laws, 6th And 8th Amendment Issues, The State Of The Death Penalty Under The Recent Apprendi And Ring Decisions Of The United States Supreme Court, And The Ethical Duties Of Defenders And Prosecutors In Death Penalty Cases. This Would Be A Seminar With No Final Examination. It Would Satisfy The Senior Writing Requirement
