Prior to beginning the curriculum, students must provide official proof that the following pre-requisite courses have been satisfactorily completed:

HSC 3531 - Medical Terminology

BSC 2093 - Anatomy and Physiology I (lab not required)

BSC 2094 - Anatomy and Physiology II (lab not required)

Students who successfully complete the courses listed below with a C or better are qualified to receive the Medical Coding Certificate. Students interested in receiving the Certificate must submit an application upon completion of the required coursework.
