The course will emphasize behaviors that are highly valued such as professional demeanor, teamwork, organizational skills, empathy, and initiative. Teaching professional behaviors will also be accomplished through the role modeling/mentoring approach. Students will be provided guidance through definitions of professional behaviors, both as students and clinicians.
