EEC 3613 Diagnosis, Assessment, and Evaluation of Children (3)

This course is designed to provide a comprehensive knowledge base concerning developmentally appropriate assessment of young children. Areas of emphasis include formal and informal assessment methodology, alternative assessment, understanding of measurement terms and principles, interpretation evaluation results, development of classroom assessment tools; legal requirements for recordkeeping and use of technology and diversity considerations.
