This Course Will Focus On Complex Litigation, Including Products Liability Claims Toxic Torts ( State Law-based), Insurance Litigation, Class Action Litigation At The State And Federal Levels, And Title VII/ 1983 Litigation. Additionally, The Course Will Explore Advanced Theories Of Jurisprudence And Compensation, Especially As They Relate To More Controversial Causes Of Action Such As Individual And Group Reparations Claims For Past Harms
