This Course Will Introduce Students To Community Organizing From A Historical, Healthcare, And Health Education Perspective. Students Will Gain Knowledge About Basic Community Organizing, Leadership Development, Building Organizations, Grassroots Fundraising, Prejudice And Power, Accountability, Strategy, Tactics, Holding Actions, And, Identifying Issues. This Course Is Designed To Teach Students The Knowledge And Skills To Assist Communities In Creating Change And Increase Participation In Being A Healthy Community.
