This Course Explores The Government’s Regulation Of Sexuality And Gender. This Course Will Cover Legal Doctines Relating Equal Protection, Family Law, Employment, First Amendment, And Privacy Law. Topics Will Include The Right To Sexual Privacy, Theories Of Sexuality, Military Policies That Discriminate Based On Sexual Orientation And Gender, Government Censorship Of Sexually Defined Explicit Art, And State Control Of Familial Relationship.
