NUR 4945 Nursing Leadership And Management (2)

Theories And Principles Of Leadership And Management Which Provide The Foundation For Professional Nurse’s Role As A Leader And Change Agent. Emphasis On Knowledge And Skills Necessary To Assume First Line Leadership/management Positions In A Variety Of Settings. Students Will Examine Their Own Leadership Styles And Philosophies Of Nursing Management.
Prerequisite: All Junior Year Courses And First Semester Senior Year Courses.
