ATE 3940 Veterinary Technology Clinical Rotation/Work Experience I (2)


This Course Consists Of A Supervised Clinical Experience In A Work Place Approved And Monitored By Faculty/instructor Covering The Competencies Listed Below. This Course Will Focus On Preventative Medicine, Diagnostic Sampling And Therapeutic Techniques Performed In A Veterinary Office. The Student Will Learn About Pathology, Parasitology And Microbiology As It Relates To Diagnostics. The Students Will Also Be Able To Demonstrate Proper Animal Handling. By End Of The Course, Students Should Completely Understand Safety And Osha Regulations. A Minimum Of 80 Hours Is Required For Full Credit
