EDA 6199 Intn’l Per Of Edu Leadership (3)

This course is a study of Educational Leadership from international and cross-cultural perspectives. It examines how educational leaders in different countries influence change, motivate teachers, develop learning communities, and practice. The course introduces candidates to the comparative framework used to compare and contrast leadership from cross-cultural perspectives. The practice of Educational Leadership will be examined in Australia, Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, South America, and Caribbean countries.
