ARC 1050 Design 1.1 (3) This studio course is an exploration of basic two- and three- dimensional design principles and strategies used to create a functional built environment with special emphasis on circulation, lighting, finishes, furniture placement and facility system technical services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) as applied to the profession of facilities management. This course also introduces students to a plethora of decisions that affect business success.
