This Course Examines The Legal Framework That Relates To The Protection Of The Quality Of The Environment In Terms Of Adequate Protection Of Air And Water Quality, The Management Of Hazardous Waste Materials And The Impact Of Land Use. The Policies And Regulatory Roles Of Local, State And Federal Government Will Form Much Of The Course.
