This course is designed to help students understand the relationships among research, evidence-based practice (EPD), and quality care. The research process is examined, research studies are critiqued, the use of evidence as a basic for nursing practice is explored. Students learn where to find evidence, how to judge its strength, and how it is used to develop policy/standards of care and ensure quality care
