NUR 4948L Professional Transition Practicum (2)

This course is designed to help students make the transition to the role of beginning professional nurse. Students solidify their ability to use critical reasoning, leadership, management and collaborative skills when caring for a group of clients in the clinical setting. Each student is partnered with a registered nurse preceptor throughout the experience and is guided toward increasing independence in the management of a group of clients.
