HSC 4008 Personal and Professional Development for Health Professionals (3)

This course blends aspects of professional development with concepts related to personal growth. The course will help students to connect the ideas of professionalism to themselves through reflection , response activities and relevant case studies. Topics include: working and communicating interprofessional relationships and professionalism - as a student, clinician, and at work. The multi-stage model of professional development relates the psychology of professionalism covering perception, judgement, motivating, prioritization, decision process, and professional implementation.
