A minor in anthropology requires eighteen (18) credit hours in anthropology courses. Students must complete ANT 2000  (3), ANT 2511  (3), and twelve (12) credit hours of electives in anthropology. ANT 2000  Introduction To Anthropology, is prerequisite for all electives in anthropology.

Sociology coursework may satisfy six (6) credit hours of the minor. A grade below a “C” will not be accepted for credit toward the minor.

Students who use ANT 2000  Introduction to Anthropology to satisfy their general education requirements cannot use this course as part of satisfying their minor requirements.
