Admission Requirements

An applicant:

1. Must hold a teacher certificate; This program does not lead to initial certification.
2. Must have earned a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
3. Must meet all of the requirements of both the University and the College of Education.
4. Must have earned a 3.0 GPA during the last 60 semester credit hours in the undergraduate program and have a Graduate Record Examination (GRE) score on record. (Submit GRE scores taken within the last five (5) years).
5. Must take the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) regardless of GPA (Prior to admission).
